My stay at the hotel was beyond my expectations. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were spotless, tidy, and very quaint, providing a quiet and clean environment. The service from the staff was excellent, with very friendly and accommodating people, although they had limited authority for some requests. The location was very good, with easy access to where I needed to be and close to the city center, although there was a risk of scalding in the shower. The dining experience was very good, offering a variety of choices, and the facilities were also excellent.
